CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Your main role as a dealmaker will be to manage new and existing approved applications received direct from customers and introducers.

Duties

  • This includes using a combination of SMS, calls and emails to chase customers to find out what car they are looking for and when they are looking to buy
  • Assisting them in locating a suitable vehicle
  • Fact finding about customers’ needs and likes
  • Ensuring that any data we hold is up to date and correct
  • Liaising with dealers to get the best deal for the customer
  • Quoting the customer payments from lender systems
  • Issuing finance documentation to customers and dealers
  • Collecting proof documentation from customers
  • Regularly hitting and exceeding targets set out by the management team
  • Utilise systems to process a customer’s application through the underwriting process to obtain a credit decision for the customer
  • Assessing credit profiles and customers application with a view to sending to relevant lenders in order to obtain an approval
  • Inputting new applications, communicating with lenders
  • Assisting in any office duties that may need attending to.

SALES TEAM LEADER

 

The main responsibilities of the Sales Team Leader is to ensure the day to day running of Luv Car Loans.  You will be responsible for ensuring that your team meets KPI’s set out from management, achieves sales targets, communicate any changes agreed with the Luv Car Loans brand and lead your team towards the successful meeting of their targets. 

Duties

  • Daily meeting with the sales team to ensure that all staff have an accurate view of previous day’s performance
  • Ensure that all team members have monthly and weekly targets set and that their performance against these targets are managed
  • Regular liaison with the payouts team to ensure that applications are being worked on and completed
  • Check monthly commission submissions for accuracy and ensure that these are sent to Operations Manager for final submission to accounts
  • Recruitment of new members of the LCL team
  • Continuing analysis of leads to make sure that staffing is adequate to work those leads that are received
  • Regular 1-2-1’s with members of the LCL team
  • Analysis of the technology available to the LCL to check that it is fit for purpose
  • Investigate any complaints against LCL where required by the complaints team
  • Meet regularly with lead generators to maintain synergy between them and LCL
  • Observe the spread of lenders being utilised by the LCL team and set out processes so that the team is using the full spread available
  • Create an atmosphere of success within LCL
  • Any other reasonable task as dictated by MD
