CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER

 

Your main role as a Customer Account Manager will be to manage new and existing approved applications received direct from customers and introducers, find them the most suitable vehicle for their needs and assist the customer through the finance application.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Using a combination of SMS, calls and emails to contact customers to find out what car they are looking for and when they are looking to buy
  • Assisting them in locating a suitable vehicle
  • Fact finding about customers’ needs and likes
  • Ensuring that any data we hold is up to date and correct
  • Liaising with dealers to get the best deal for the customer
  • Quoting the customer payments from lender systems
  • Issuing finance documentation to customers and dealers
  • Collecting proof documentation from customers
  • Regularly hitting and exceeding targets set out by the management team
  • Plus any other reasonable task as dictated by management

The Customer Lead Generation team are vital to our success, it is a high-volume phone-based role, where you will contact customers who have already applied to Luv Car Loans for Car Finance. Your role will be contacting customers, asking some qualification questions and building a relationship with them. From there you would pass the customer to our award winning Customer Account team.

Our process is straight froward and all our leads are warm, if you work hard the results will follow. If you perform well and are successful in this role it is the ideal opportunity to move to the Customer Account team yourself.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Contacting customers to discuss their loan application via phone, email, SMS, WhatsApp and social media
  • Conducting a qualification call to understand the customers needs so that we can ensure the best service when they are passed to the Customer Account team
  • To help achieve the targets set by the business
  • To achieve all KPI’s set by the sales team
  • Provide an impeccable customer experience putting the customer at the heart of everything you do

PAYOUTS CLERK

 

The payouts role at Luv Financial Solutions is essential to ensure all documents relating to sales are worked in a fast and efficient way to make certain of the swiftest payment for our customers.

  • Reviewing documents that have been sent in from the customer making sure they meet the relevant lenders criteria
  • Checking customer proofs
  • Making sure the identity is verified both by checking documentation and calling the customer to validate
  • Ensuring that the customer can afford the loan that has been agreed
  • Sending correct documentation to the lenders
  • Updating both our customers and dealers so that they are aware of the stages of their deal(s)
  • Chasing lenders for a decision and then relaying the message on to the dealer/customer to make sure we receive what is requested.
  • Assisting with general office administration

    UNDERWRITER

     

    In this role will need you to assess new applications coming into the business for eligibility for vehicle finance and/or a personal loan. We’re looking for people with the right attitude who know that hard work will reap rewards.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Inputting new applications when necessary
    • Assessing a customer’s personal details, current situation and credit profile to ensure eligibility for our current lending panel
    • To ensure that customer information is sent securely to the relevant lender for checking.
    • Making sure all applications are up to date with the latest lender decisions
    • Follow internal processes to make sure all new business is dealt with accordingly
    • Answer calls from dealers, customers and lenders alike to resolve queries within our dealer direct and consumer direct departments
    • Call all more information applications
    • Complete and send letters to approved customers whom we are unable to contact
    • Plus any other reasonable task as dictated by management
