Decisions are made by the finance provider NOT by Luv Car Loans and all decisions are subject to a customer’s affordability, credit circumstance and type of vehicle being purchased. Affordability will be assessed by the chosen finance provider, however, Luv Car Loans will conduct an initial affordability assessment prior to processing your finance agreement for pay-out. We are a credit broker and we may introduce you to 1 or more of our finance providers.

Commission Disclosure

Fees/commission may be earned from the selected funder. Each funder will pay a varied amount of commission dependent on length of term, rate charged, amount financed and age of vehicle. Commission Disclosure requests can only be made before the vehicle is delivered/collected. LCL will respond to Commission Disclosure request within 14 days. Please take into consideration that all or a portion of commission earned by LCL and The Motor dealer has to be repaid to the lender by LCL when agreements are settled early or fall into default.
